Hafiz Irfan Afzal leads Al Badar 313's Business Travel and Consultancy practice. He has served the local and regional community through the financial services sector, regulated under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, holding senior positions and earning national recognition on several occasions. A technology enthusiast and dedicated social worker, he brings deep operational knowledge to the firm — and continues to serve through his charitable work, consultancy, and management expertise.
Sheikh Rizwan Afzal leads Al Badar 313's Pilgrimage operations, visa and file preparation, and international touring. He has served Pakistani communities in Saudi Arabia and the United States for many years — a frequent traveller with a genuine passion for serving the people his family has long lived among. An entrepreneur in the perfumery and cosmetics industry, he has led successful ventures, and brings strong experience in insurance and client relationships. Quotations are based on the information you provide and on rates and availability at the time of the quote. A quotation is an estimate, not a confirmed booking, and may change until a booking is confirmed and the required payment is received.
A booking is confirmed only once we issue a written confirmation and the agreed payment or deposit has been received. Payment schedules, deposit amounts, and accepted payment methods are communicated for each booking.
